How it all began…

Gem and Lachy formed a bond like no other whilst dating - something stuck, they couldn’t shake it (as hard as they tried!) - call it soul mate, or fate.
Gem and Lachy found a friendship, romance and kinship they hadn’t found in anyone else - the ability to see and understand one another fully, to hold it all and not run away.

Over the years, they’ve belly laughed hard, each sharing every piece of their story with the other. They drank wine together, cooked dinners, survived lockdowns together, embarked on spontaneous road-trips and shared their favourite music. Gem said Lachy had a way of filling in the gaps -

“Take something I love, like a piano, or a song, Lachy will show me how they make pianos, how the song was recorded.”

Then - when times were hard, Lachy and Gem rode them together, they got sober and heathy together. They’ve grown and continue to value growth together. It isn’t perfect, it never is - but a magical string keeps tying them together. Their very own true love story.
